We achieved this excellent result by developing a new 40-layer nano coating. The customer also made some modifications to the machine that led to improvements. They added a second lubrication point and a second blade cleaning brush. The problem with cutting stainless steel, especially the AISI 300 series, is that the chips tend to stick to the teeth or the body of the blade, causing breakage. It is very important that all blade cleaning systems are improved and always efficient. Our new SSB coating guarantees great smoothness, lowering the friction coefficient and limiting chip sticking.

Siamo riusciti ad ottenre questo ottimo risultato mettendo a punto un nuovo nano rivestimento con 40 strati. Il cliente ha fatto anche delle modifiche alla macchina che hanno permesso di migliorare. ha aggiunto un secondo punto di lubrificazione e uan seconda spazzola di pulizia lama. Il prblema nel talgio dell’acciaio inossidabile sopratutto della serie AISI 300 è il fatto che i trucioili tendendo ad incollarsi al dento o al corpo della lama causando delle rotture. E’ molto importante che tutti i sistemi di pulizia della lama siano migliorati e siano sempre efficienti. Il nostro nuovo rivestimento SSB garantisce una grande scorrevolezza, abbasando il coefficente di attrito e limitando l’incollaggio del truciolo.
